Sue Plowman

Sue is the Owner, Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Sue established Happy Days in 2001 having previously had 3 years supervisory experience working in a local pre-school. Sue is qualified to Level 4 and has numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Management and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Sue lives in Horton Heath and has 3 grown up sons.

Ali Diaper

Ali is Manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead/Officer and is responsible for the day to day running of the group. She has worked at Happy Days since 2007. Ali is qualified to Level 3 and has numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 4), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Ali is a qualified Mentor to staff in training. She lives in Fair Oak and has 2 grown up sons who both attended Happy Days.

Natalie Eade

Natalie is Deputy Manager/Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2009. Natalie is qualified to level 5 with a Foundation Degree in Early Years. She has worked in childcare since leaving school and holds numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Natalie lives in Fair Oak and has 2 sons who both attended Happy Days.

Louise Golding

Louise is Senior Assistant/Key person and Senco. She has worked at Happy Days since 2013 and previously to this, was a parent and volunteer with us. Louise is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Louise lives in Bishopstoke with her daughter who attended Happy Days.

Sarah Haynes

Sarah’s role is Key person . She has worked at Happy Days since 2021 and previously to this, worked at a pre-school in Southampton. She is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Sarah lives in Totton and has 2 children.

Louise Mould

Louise is an Assistant and provides support to the staff team. She has worked at Happy Days since 2021 and previously to this, was a parent to two children who attended Happy Days and a volunteer with us. Louise lives in Fair Oak.

Jaimee Smith

Jaimee’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2017 and is currently training as an Early Years Teacher (level 6). Jaimee is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Jaimee lives in Fair Oak and her 2 daughters attended Happy Days.

Jade Nias

Jade’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2021 and was previously a parent volunteer. Jade is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Her son attended Happy Days and she lives in Hedge End.

Becky Price

Becky’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2021. is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Her son attended Happy Days and she lives in Fair Oak.

Selena Gough

Selena’s role is Support Assistant. Selena returns to Happy Days where she first came to do a Year 10 work placement! From there she developed a passion for childcare and gained her Level 3 qualification whilst working in a local Nursery. Selena lives in Fair Oak and has 2 children, one of who currently attends Happy Days.
